林可彤在客歲5月生下小兒子，還把其時的生產狀態錄下留記念，影片中林可彤在生產，丈夫則帶著3歲的長子進產房觀察遲疑，沒想到該影片卻被網友翻出诘問诘責，認為林可彤不應讓長子旁觀，更指斥「不配當人母」，林可彤為此爆氣註釋，更說網友進擊得稀裏糊塗。
林可彤在客歲7月分享生產影片，泄漏固然有打減痛臨蓐針，但照樣痛得大哭大叫。老公抱著3歲多的兒子在一旁陪同，睜大眼睛看著全部進程，最後還淡定地跟剛被剪臍帶的新生兒合照，不外該影片卻被評述，「這類疾苦的排場給兒子看，我感覺太不該該，是什麼設法主意」，乃至有人重批，「不配為人母」。

網友重批「不配為人母」，對此林可彤爆氣留言回應：「會不會太甚分，人平生要痛要不舒適的機遇這麼多，豈非媽媽都要躲起來不給小孩看見嗎？這設法主意太稀裏糊塗了吧！」她也註釋，早在生產前就有跟兒子申明過進程，並且也是有大夫的建議，對於網友的歹意指摘感應稀裏糊塗。
