大馬路上車子來來往往，但這名黑衣須眉基本沒在怕，看到小巴士開過來，還拿起球棒往右邊一指，接著就在路上往返走動，時不時拿起球棒揮，仿佛是在告知駕駛該往哪裡開，就算員警已經達到現場，他照舊站在原地一動也不動，不外一臉精力恍忽，波麗士大人即速就發覺纰謬勁。

本來幾分鐘前，嫌犯騎著機車一路搖搖晃晃，騎到一半感覺其實太醉了決定停在路邊，整起事宜就産生在昨(16)日晚上6點多，台北南港研究院路一段上，事後他向警方辯稱，是因為表情欠好又看到車子許多，才會想幫手指揮交通，又說帶著球棒是珍愛本身，32歲的潘姓男子，有公共危險等多項前科，之前因為酒駕被撤消駕照，已無照，還敢酒後騎車上路，被逮的第一時間，辯稱想協助批示交通，真的還好沒有産生不測，這脫序行動嚇壞不少人。
