職場工作不免會碰到不合理、或讓人一頭霧水的奇葩事宜，就有一位女網友表示，她到一家公司就職剛滿半年，就被老闆提升成「某某部分組長」，每月還有5千元的獎金可以領，但當她領錢時卻不見獎金蹤影，這時候公司才回應「3個字」，讓全場網友也隨著氣炸。

該名女網友日前透過Dcard發文表示，她今朝在公司任職滿7個月，而公司有供應資歷滿半年的員工3日特休假，但公司卻說「遵照勞基法是由公司決定特休是什麼時刻休」，但她也懶得查證，只不外沒聽過這樣的說法，加上她自己很少告假，想說萬一沒休完就轉成獎金罷了。

她接著說，任職滿6個月時，老闆就告訴她說，從目下當今起她是「某某部分的組長」、每個月會有獎金，本來說好獎金是5千元，但後來領錢的時刻，公司卻說扣完了，乃至完全沒有說扣什麼。以上種種，讓她氣得直呼，「第一次碰到這麼爛的公司」。
