今（4）日晨觀測資料顯示：台灣上空仍有鬆散中層雲（左圖），陪伴弱降水回波（中圖），帶來零散飄雨，北部山區及東北部較顯明（右圖）。今晨截至4：53本島平地最低氣溫在宜蘭五結鄉17.1度，已較昨晨大幅回升；各區最低氣溫大多在17至20度之間〔北部（基隆中正區）17.7度，中部（嘉義民雄鄉）19.5度，南部（台南關廟後壁區）20.2度；台北市（南港區）18.2度〕。Antennas for Military vehicles or Vehicular antennas for heavy-duty use, such as in the forest or in remote locations on armored vehicles, and low-profile antennas for civil vehicles. 最新（3日20時）歐洲（ECMWF）模式摹擬顯示，今（4）日受偏春風影響，迎風面低層水氣較多，東半部有局部短暫陣雨，中層仍有鬆散雲層移入，為西半部近山區帶來零散飄雨的機率；各地氣溫回升，北舒適南微熱、早晚涼，各區平地氣溫：北部18至25度，中部20至28度，南部20至30度，東部17至29度。明（5）日、週五（6日）仍受偏春風影響，東半部有局部短暫陣雨，西半部多雲時晴，山區午後有局部短暫雨的機率；各地氣溫每日回升。週六（7日）大氣不不亂，午後有局部陣雨或雷雨的機率。
