指揮中間示意，民眾需持健保卡或居留證采辦，無年齡限制，每人都可購買，每輪每成分證字號僅能購買1次（可代購），1人1份5劑，共500元。至於分流機制，則對照口罩實名制1.0早期，以成分證字號尾數單雙號進行分流；單號星期1、三、五；雙號禮拜二、4、六；週日則開放全民皆可購置。

本土疫情延續升溫，民眾對於家用快篩試劑的需求增添，疫情指揮中間今（27）日宣布，家用快篩試劑販售實名制自4月28日上路，將依循口罩實名制1.0於藥局通路販售，全國4909家健保特約藥局及58個偏鄉衛生所皆可購買。而健保署也在官網公布「特約藥局和衛生所名單」，並供給「家用快篩試劑地圖查詢」功能，讓民眾可快速查詢販賣地址。
