王泉仁今遭週刊爆料與新歡空姐準備在新加坡產下兒子，激發外界關注。其實他在前面兩段婚姻中皆有子嗣，先前與第一任妻子、首都客運千金李晶晶有個11歲女兒「伊莉莎白」、與第二任佐藤麻衣也育有一子。現在又被爆要生子，李晶晶一早透過經紀人回應：「欠好意思，晶晶今天有拍攝，正在工作中沒法連系，感激關心！」
她不只常和姊妹淘相約喝下午茶，之前也被直擊和2名女性友人到東區「CANVAS」澳洲高級餐廳享用美食，不時在IG分享吃喝玩樂，但身邊鮮少見男性友人的陪同。對於近況，李晶晶掮客人則透露表現：「一切都好唷，今朝就專注在工作上，如果有新的計畫會當即跟人人說！」
王泉仁昔時娶李晶晶時，曾對她爸如此說道：「是我第一個女朋侪、也是最後一個。」沒想到2年後就互控家暴。2013年時代，王、李2家家醜鬧得沸沸揚揚。不過李晶晶離婚後加倍愜意，維持她一向的貴婦平常行程。
